I ran track at Clemson University, where I was an NCAA Champion in the heptathlon, and a 3x All-American. After college I pursued my Olympic dreams and competed at the 2012 and 2016 US Olympic Trials in the decathlon. In 2023, I was inducted into the Clemson Athletics Hall of Fame. I have 23 years experience lifting weights and running and 12 years experience coaching athletes and personal training. I have spent most of my life learning from some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the world.
