Surf HIIT Program

Simple and effective. A four week high intensity interval, bodyweight training program that only requires a suspension trainer and can be done from almost anywhere. Provides you with a solid surf fit foundation!

 

  • 2 days/week HIIT circuits with a paddling focus

  • Convenient and easy to do anywhere

  • Requires minimal time (30-40 minutes)

Surf Strength Program

A surf specific strength program. Improve all aspects of your surf fitness so you can have the confidence to catch the waves you want, and make the most of them when you do.

  • 2 days/week strength workouts

  • Paddling specific strength

  • Progressive Strength Training

  • Equipment: basic gym setup

Surf Swim Program

A four week swimming program to improve your paddling. You get the specific pulling strength and endurance that is relevant to paddling and you get the added benefit of becoming a better freestyle swimmer which is a great skill for any surfer to develop for general ocean safety.

Surf Stretch Program

A full body stretching and mobility that will improve the way your body moves. This program can help people who may be losing mobility as they get older regain their youthful spryness. This is a great program for all levels of surfers.

  • Great for older surfers to stay mobile
