I am an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Greenville, SC with 12 years of coaching/personal training experience. I was an NCAA Champion in the heptathlon at Clemson in 2011 and I competed at the 2012 and 2016 US Olympic Trials in the decathlon.
